Welcome! This site is intended as a clearinghouse for volunteer opportunities at Rice, and seeks to reconnect and engage alumni, Rice parents, and friends of the university in meaningful volunteer opportunities related to Rice.

	If you're an alumna or alumnus, Rice parent, or friend of the university who is interested in volunteering at Rice, you've come to the right place! Rice's greatest asset is Rice people, and there are a number of ways for volunteers to get involved in the life of the Rice community by serving as a resource to the university and its various organizations, to current students, and to one another. Volunteer Spotlight

This quarterly program recognizes alumni who give meaningful donations of time and energy to Rice and highlights organizations that engage our alumni and strengthen their relationships with the university. Unlike the ARA’s honors program, which recognizes lifelong achievement and service, this program is meant to recognize those volunteers who regularly give time to campus organizations but may go unnoticed.
