Executive Biography

Amy Good is a two-time Rice University graduate, with a BA in sociology (Baker '98) and an MBA ('06). Her career as a longtime consultant has taken her around the world, helping organizations to grow and achieve their fullest potential. Good has remained engaged at Rice over the years, co-chairing the class of 1998's Alumni Giving Committee for her 10-year and 20-year reunions, serving as an alumni mentor for the Rice Business Women's Organization and chairing the Baker 61derful anniversary event in 2018.

A native Texan and a resident of the Houston Heights, Good spent two years in Manhattan with her husband and young daughter, fulfilling a lifelong dream of living in New York City and marveling at finding people who talk as fast as she does. Now back in Houston and with a son, she remains active in the community as a youth soccer coach and a founding board member of the Houston Girls’ Hockey Association, while making time to play soccer, travel and catch up with Rice and non-Rice friends across the country.
