Sponsored by the Association of Rice Alumni and in collaboration with campus partners, Life After Rice is an exciting series of interactive panel discussions and networking lunches typically held at Cohen House three times each semester.
The series provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain real-world advice from alumni on various topics and industries. Panels generally have between three to five alumni who engage in open and honest dialogue with students about their career experiences and life journey. Alumni share with students professional insight aimed to help establish and advance their career and achieve life success.
Students greatly benefit from the connections made with alumni panelists. They can also build their professional network with fellow peers over complimentary lunch.
Students: All undergraduate and graduate students are invited to attend the Life After Rice luncheon and panel sessions for free! Seating is very limited. Event registration can be found on OwlNest. If you’re a leader within a student organization or college and you’re interested in collaborating with the Association of Rice Alumni on a new Life After Rice event, contact Alexa Schwartz, assistant director of Alumni Programs at firstname.lastname@example.org or 713-348-2856.
Alumni: Are you interested in serving as a panelist? Looking to share your wisdom with Rice students? Contact Alexa Schwartz, assistant director of Alumni Programs at email@example.com or 713-348-2856.
