- What part of serving on the ARA Board are you most excited about?
Giving back to Rice, coming back on campus and building connections with alums from around the country.
- What is your favorite “Only at Rice” memory or story?
During junior year, my kinetics and reactor design class (of about 20) decided to make use of the beautiful fall weather in Houston and convinced our professor to have class on top of "180" in the engineering quad. We carried a large whiteboard up on top of the structure and had an unforgettable learning experience! I think the tradition has continued in future ChBE classes.
- If you could give one piece of advice to Rice students, what would it be?
Work hard, make friends and stay involved after you graduate!
